$250/day - Multiple-day load in events will incur this fee.
$350 - Travel fee if venue(s) more than 50 miles from our home office (2-nights' lodging required unless otherwise declined by lead)

EVENT MANAGEMENT & DESIGN

3-hour details meeting {Including: vendor, wedding party, & family information, thorough timeline creation, ceremony layout/order of events, & reception layout}
Digitized final reception layout
Detailed wedding plan for vendors & family/wedding party
Confirm with vendors; finalized plan emailed
Direct ceremony rehearsal
Managing all vendors day-of (usually around 12 hours)
Complete coordination of your ceremony & reception

*To ensure we can provide the highest level of attention & service, our Rehearsal Dinner Design is typically offered as an add-on to either our Complete Coordination or Event Management & Design packages. We occasionally make exceptions, but these are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability & fit.
