  • Detailed wedding plan for vendors & family/wedding party

  • Week-of confirmation of vendors & vendor communication

  • Directing your ceremony rehearsal

  • Managing all vendors day-of

  • Complete coordination of your ceremony & reception

  • 2 venue site-visits {Including: a 1-hour layout design meeting}

  • 1 floral design meeting 

  • 3-hour details meeting {Including: vendor, wedding party, & family information, thorough timeline creation, ceremony layout/order of events, & reception layout}

  • Digitized final reception layout

  • Detailed wedding plan for vendors & family/wedding party

  • Confirm with vendors; finalized plan emailed

  • Direct ceremony rehearsal

  • Managing all vendors day-of (usually around 12 hours)

  • Complete coordination of your ceremony & reception

  • Clean up assistance

  • 2 day-of assistants*; Extra assistant(s): $15/hr

  • Emergency kit

  • Available throughout the planning process for email check-ins & questions concerning design or vendor selections

  • *If flipping the space, an additional 2 assistants will be needed for 2 hours.

  • Directing the dinner's events

  • Cleanup assistance
